  • Put them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

These are ready to eat after 30 minutes and then you can store them in an airtight container for up to a week.

Homemade Ice Lollies – Homemade ice lollies are a great way to beat the summer heat and they can be made with juices, fizzy drinks or even with just about any fruit.

Simply follow the easy steps below for a fresh, juicy version.

  • Blend fresh fruit with yoghurt or fruit juice until smooth, (adding honey to taste).
  • Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds, insert sticks and freeze for around four hours or until completely frozen.
